The grill insert will give your 69-72 C10 the looks of the 67-68 grill. You remove your grill and install this one. The headlight bezels and grill surround are retained from your truck. The last pic shows what you will receive. 

Team this up with the new 69-72 C10 hood that has the 67/68 slope, for a unique look. You can see this hood on LMC’s website.
