The original firewall stiffener needs to be removed to install our firewall panel. This will cause the firewall to flex when pushing in the brake pedal. Our firewall stiffener is hidden on the inside, and we will keep your firewall from flexing. 

It’s made out of 12 gauge steel just like the original.
